FedBid Pro Privacy Policy

Last updated May 12, 2026. This policy describes how FedBid Pro handles customer data for public self-serve Analyzer, Proposal Drafter, Response Builder, subscription, recovery, and support flows.

What FedBid Pro processes

FedBid Pro processes checkout email addresses, Stripe payment references, public SAM.gov solicitation PDFs, generated reports, proposal draft inputs, Response Builder uploads, support requests, and subscription account records.

Public solicitation limit

FedBid Pro is for public SAM.gov solicitation material only. Do not upload CUI, classified, proprietary, source-selection-sensitive, export-controlled, or non-public government data.

Service providers

FedBid Pro uses Supabase for database and storage, Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for transactional email, Anthropic for AI analysis and drafting, and Vercel for hosting.

AI limitations

AI output is advisory. Users must verify facts, clauses, pricing, certifications, signatures, attachments, and any solicitation-specific AI disclosure requirement before relying on an output.

Retention

Generated reports, drafts, and response packages are retained for customer recovery. Uploaded source PDFs are retained only as needed for report and Response Builder context unless a longer period is required for support, security, tax, or legal reasons.

Deletion requests

Customers may request deletion of recoverable report or package records. Some payment, security, and transaction records may be retained when required for compliance or dispute handling.
