Use the checkout inbox whenever possible so support can match the payment, report, draft, or response package without extra identity checks.
Recovery
Enter the email used at checkout. A report ID, purchase ID, Stripe session ID, or Response Builder package ID can narrow the lookup.
Expected processing time
Analyzer jobs normally complete in minutes. Larger solicitations and retryable AI or email provider delays can take longer.
Refunds
If payment succeeds but FedBid Pro cannot deliver the purchased output, contact support from the checkout inbox with the Stripe receipt.
Subscriptions
Subscribers can manage billing from the dashboard after magic-link sign-in. Cancellation stops future renewals through Stripe.
Public documents only
Do not send or upload CUI, classified, proprietary, source-selection-sensitive, or non-public government material.
