Use this after the bid/no-bid decision is made. Response Builder is $299 and opens a private workspace for forms, attachments, pricing, amendments, clauses, and reviewer-gated exports.

Buyer path: Standalone Builder is for teams that already decided to respond. Upload the public source packet in the paid workspace; use Analyzer first if you still need the bid/no-bid memo.

Stripe confirms payment before FedBid Pro opens the private response workspace.

    Workspace opens after payment

    Upload the full public SAM.gov source packet, confirm document tags, and keep the package map current.

    Edit the response workspace

    Fill company and signer details, price schedules, amendments, clauses, and required attachments in one guided workspace.

    Public-source guardrails remain active

    Use public solicitation package files only. Do not upload CUI, classified, proprietary, or non-public government data.

    The export flow requires human-review acknowledgement before draft package files download.
